Turkey and Wines

It seems that every Thanksgiving people ask the same question: "Which wine taste great with Turkey," I was thinking on last Thanksgiving, during our annual 21-pound bird bob around like a giant McNugget five liters of boiling peanut oil, and ddecided that the problem is not Turkey completely. White
